Privacy Policy — NETAGENTS SURVIVORS

1. SUMMARY

NETAGENTS SURVIVORS is a single-player game. We do not operate our own servers, we do not ask you to create an account, and we never ask for your name, email address, phone number, physical address, or payment details.

Your game progress is stored on your own device. Some data is processed by Google services that the game uses for advertising, anonymous usage analytics, purchases, and optional cloud saves.

We do not sell your personal information.

2. INFORMATION THE GAME STORES ON YOUR DEVICE

The following is saved locally on your device and is not transmitted to us:

• Your operator name. You choose this yourself, or it is copied from your Google Play Games gamer tag if you sign in. It never leaves your device except as part of an optional cloud save (see section 4.3).
• Game progress: currency, unlocked agents, skins, chips, achievements, battle pass progress, statistics, and run history.
• Your settings: language, audio, haptics, and visual effect preferences.
• Purchase entitlements, such as whether you own "Remove Ads".

You can erase all of this at any time from Settings > Reset All Progress.

Because Android Auto Backup is enabled, a copy of this local data may also be included in your device's backup to your personal Google Drive. That backup belongs to your Google account and is governed by Google's privacy policy, not ours. We have no access to it. You can disable it in your device settings under System > Backup.

3. INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY

3.1 ADVERTISING — Google AdMob

The game shows banner ads, optional rewarded video ads, and occasional interstitial ads between runs. Google AdMob may collect and process:

• Your Android Advertising ID (a resettable identifier)
• IP address and approximate location derived from it
• Device information: model, operating system version, language, region
• Ad interaction data: impressions, clicks, and rewards earned

This is used to serve and measure ads, prevent fraud, and — where you have consented — to personalize the ads you see.

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we show a Google-certified consent message before any ad is requested, as required by law. You may change your choice at any time from Settings > Ad privacy options.

You can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization entirely, in your device settings under Settings > Google > Ads.

Purchasing "Remove Ads" disables interstitial and banner advertising. Rewarded ads remain available as an optional way to earn in-game rewards.

3.2 ANALYTICS — Google Firebase Analytics

We collect anonymous, aggregated usage data to understand how the game is played and to find crashes and errors. This includes:

• A randomly generated app instance identifier (not linked to your identity)
• Device model, operating system version, country, and language
• Gameplay events: app opens, screens viewed, purchases made, ads watched
• Error reports: the message, source file, and line number of software faults, so we can fix them

We do not use analytics to identify you individually, and we do not combine it with advertising data to build a profile of you.

3.3 PURCHASES — Google Play Billing

In-app purchases are processed entirely by Google Play. We never see or receive your payment card, bank details, or billing address. The game receives only a confirmation that a specific product was purchased, so it can deliver what you bought.

4. OPTIONAL FEATURES YOU CONTROL

4.1 GOOGLE PLAY GAMES SERVICES

If you sign in to Google Play Games, the game can:

• Read your gamer tag, and use it as your default operator name
• Submit your scores to public leaderboards
• Unlock achievements on your Play Games profile

Leaderboard entries are public and display the name associated with your Play Games profile. Play Games is operated by Google under its own privacy policy. You can sign out or manage your Play Games data at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/

4.2 DISCORD

The main menu contains a link to our community Discord server. Opening it leaves the game and takes you to a service operated by Discord Inc., governed by its own privacy policy at https://discord.com/privacy. We receive no information about you from Discord.

4.3 CLOUD SAVE

If you are signed in to Google Play Games, your game progress can be stored as a "Saved Game" snapshot in your own Google Drive app-data folder. This is your data in your Google account. We cannot browse, read, or extract it.

4.4 BACKUP CODE

Settings > Backup Code produces a text string containing your progress that you can copy and paste onto another device. It is generated and read entirely on your device. It is never uploaded to us, and it contains no personal information beyond the operator name you chose.

5. PERMISSIONS THE APP REQUESTS

Requested directly by the game:

• INTERNET — load ads, submit leaderboard scores, sync cloud saves, and process purchases. The game itself is fully playable offline.
• VIBRATE — haptic feedback during play. Can be turned off in Settings.
• BILLING — offer in-app purchases through Google Play.

Added automatically by the Google SDKs the game embeds (AdMob, Play Games, Play Billing, Firebase Analytics). We list them because they appear in the app's manifest, even though we do not use them directly:

• AD_ID — read the Android Advertising ID, used by AdMob (section 3.1).
• ACCESS_ADSERVICES_AD_ID, ACCESS_ADSERVICES_ATTRIBUTION, ACCESS_ADSERVICES_TOPICS — Android Privacy Sandbox APIs used by the ads SDK for privacy-preserving ad measurement.
• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — detect whether the device is online.
• WAKE_LOCK and FOREGROUND_SERVICE — used by Google Play services components while an ad or a sign-in flow is active.
• BIND_GET_INSTALL_REFERRER_SERVICE — lets Google Play tell the analytics SDK which campaign an install came from.

None of these grant access to your personal content, and none of them trigger a runtime permission prompt.

The game does NOT request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, files, precise location, SMS, or call history.

6. CHILDREN

NETAGENTS SURVIVORS is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at the address in section 10 and we will take appropriate action.

7. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

Because we operate no servers, we hold no copy of your data and there is nothing on our side to delete. To remove your data:

• Local progress: Settings > Reset All Progress, or uninstall the game. Resetting also overwrites your cloud save with an empty one.
• Cloud saves: delete the game's Saved Games from Google Play Games, or manage them at https://myaccount.google.com/
• Advertising data: reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device settings under Settings > Google > Ads.
• Analytics data: uninstalling the app stops all collection. Google retains aggregated analytics according to its own retention schedule.
• Play Games leaderboard entries and achievements: managed through your Google Play Games profile.

8. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the legal bases we rely on are: your consent (for personalized advertising), and our legitimate interest in operating, securing, and improving the game (for anonymous analytics and error reporting).

If you are in Brazil, these rights are provided under the LGPD. If you are in California, under the CCPA/CPRA — note that we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in that law.

Since we do not hold your data ourselves, most requests are fulfilled directly through the controls in section 7 or through your Google account. For anything else, contact us at the address in section 10.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy as the game changes. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated, and the current version will always be available at this URL. Material changes will be announced in the game's release notes on Google Play.
